Sometimes they were spot on. Most times, you have to wait over 48 hours. I was using this service previously because it used to be handy. Now the delivery is poor more often than not, late by dayi. I have an order with them at this very moment. I placed the order at 11:30 am. I contacted customer service and they informed me that the driver assigned to get orders was not available. They say they strive to deliver within 24 hours, but that’s hardly ever the case for me. Keep in mind that orders are sent same day if you order before 2pm
